Marcia Henderson was an American actress. She was known for her roles in the 1950s films All I Desire, The Glass Web, Canyon River, and The Wayward Girl, as well as work in radio, television, and on stage.
Marcia was the daughter of Dorothy Marion and John Daye Henderson. She was raised in Williamstown, Massachusetts. She was married to actor Robert Ivers, until her death, with whom she had two children.
Marcia’s paternal grandfather was named John Henderson. John was a Scottish emigrant, from Walkerburn, Peebles-shire.
Marcia’s paternal grandmother was Minnie Nelson Daye (the daughter of Thewlis Daye and Euphemia Neilson). Minnie was born in Canada, to an English father and Scottish mother.
