Rosalía is showing off her caliente curves! The Spanish singer steamed up social media on Tuesday, sharing images of herself rocking a bright red swimsuit while taking a dip in the pool. "Évidemment," which translates to "evidently," she captioned the series of Instagram images. "Que Bonita," said one commenter. How does the LA Fama singer maintain her fit physique? Rosalía hasn't discussed her workout routine much. However, one key way she stays in shape is by taking flamenco dance classes, per a New York Times profile. The dance form is basically a full body workout, involving movement of the hands, arms, legs, and torso.

If you want to look gorgeous like Rosalía, take care of your skin. The singer maintains that because of an effective beauty routine, which she detailed to Vogue, she doesn't have to wear as much makeup.

Rosalía spends a lot of time in the sun, as can be evidenced by her social media feed. She clearly prioritizes Vitamin D, getting the "sunshine vitamin" whenever she can. "Vitamin D is a nutrient your body needs for building and maintaining healthy bones. That's because your body can only absorb calcium, the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present. Vitamin D also regulates many other cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuroprotective properties support immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity," says the Mayo Clinic.

Rosalía is all about the ancient Chinese technique called Gua Sha, which involves placing a few drops of oil on the face and using a crystal roller to do a facial massage. "I feel it helping release the tension," she said. After, she used another flat crystal to scrape her skin. "You will love what happens when you do it everyday," she exclaimed during her Vogue video.

Rosalía is all about juice. However, unlike many stars, she avoids the green kind. "I really like to drink juices in the morning. This is grapefruit juice," she revealed to Vogue. "Grapefruit is roughly 88% water, so eating it with meals tends to make you feel full faster. That, in turn, makes you eat less. (The nutrition pros call that concept 'preloading')," says the Cleveland Clinic.

Rosalía ensures that she gets all the vitamins and nutrients she needs with the help of supplements. "I take L-Carnitine before working out," she revealed. She also takes an artichoke extract supplement, claiming it helps lower cholesterol and speed up metabolism, B-complex, and vitamin D.
